 Maureen combines her Soulful approach to healing with her Reflexology training to offer a powerfully relaxing session.

Foot and Hand Reflexology is a scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands, which correspond to all body parts. The physical act of applying specific pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques result in stress reduction, which promotes many positive physiological changes in the body. This service is usually performed in a zero balance chair but can be on a massage table if preferred and is done fully clothed except for the removal of shoes and socks.

Reflexology is relaxing and healing and must be experienced to be truly appreciated!

Hand Reflexology...1/2 hour $40
Foot Reflexology (can also include hands and ears).....1 hour...$60.00.........1/2 hour $40

Sole Pampering...$60 a person up to 4 friends......Enjoy a relaxing Foot Soak with warm flowered aromatic healing water followed by a foot treatment. Friends will be treated all at the same time and your visit will include hot or cold tea and a surprise homemade baked good. Treat yourself and friends to this inviting experience and spend the day enjoying each other's company and conversation. A great way to celebrate a special day or an alternative to a girls day out shopping!!! Include a boxed lunch from Maureen's Serendipity for an extra $12 a person!
Treatment for 2 people will take an hour, for 4 people will take an hour and a half minimum.
